Open workout 19.3 had our mama Mel hunting for her first strict handstand push-up!!!๐๐ค๐ผ... Ordinary ladies learning to do extraordinary things!!! This is why we love it so much.
For time:
20-ft. dumbbell overhead lunge
50 dumbbell box step-ups
50 strict handstand push-ups
200-ft handstand walk๐ฎ
