🌿 I’m Back! 🌿

After taking precious time away to grow, birth, and nurture my own little ones, I’m so excited to share that I’m returning to the work I love — supporting women on their journey to fertility, balance, health and deep self-care. 🧡

Stepping into motherhood has deepened my understanding of the incredible intelligence of the female body and the sacredness of the fertility journey. I come back to this space with a fuller heart, grounded hands, and a renewed passion for holding space through natural fertility guidance and bodywork.

If you’ve been waiting to reconnect, or you’re newly on your path and curious about how holistic support can make a difference — I’d love to see you.

🌿 Fertility support plans available (in-person or online)
🤰Pregnancy nutrition and wellbeing plans available
🤱Postpartum Health and Wellbeing plans available
👫 Labor & Birth Preparation plans available
🌸 Massage appointments are subject to arrangement while my clinic is currently under construction

Note: To ensure my clients are getting the care and dedication they deserve, I am only taking on a handful of clients at a time, so get in quick. One-off plans are open too - no wait-list (for now).

Thank you to everyone who has been so patient and supportive while I navigated this beautiful season of life. I can’t wait to reconnect and walk beside you again. 💫

Breastfeeding after a Caeserean

Breast feeding might be more challenging after a C - section than a vaginal birth.
Positioning can be more difficult.
The baby may have been exposed to medication and be sleepy and find it difficult to feed frequently enough. IV fluids given during labour can also affect breastfeeding success.

Breastfeeding might be more comfortable, and easier to get a good position, when side-lying or using laid-back breastfeeding (biological nurturing).

A soft pillow laid over the abdominal scar can make breastfeeding more comfortable.

It can take a little longer for full breastmilk to come in after a caeserean, so it can be beneficial to collect colostrum in your final weeks of pregnancy to give to your baby if they're not getting enough milk or are becoming dehydrated, while you wait for your milk supply to come in.
