Why we love cedar!
Aside from its gorgeous bronze oaky look, there are many things we love about using cedar in our home builds. Cedar is a popular building material with a distinctive straight grain and earthy look. Here are just a few reasons why we love cedar:
1. It is incredibly resilient to decay, even in the most extreme weather conditions. A perfect building material for the ever changing weather conditions of New Zealand!
2. Because of its remarkable durability, it is sure to last a very long time, with minimal maintenance needed.
3. It makes for such a stylish look. As shown in one of our previous Wanaka architectural designs, cedar is brimming with modernity and class.
