A couple of years ago our good friend Ross Dixon and the Wellington Ducati Owners Club very kindly hosted a fund raising dinner to help me get to Spain.

I certainly hope we can do them proud by putting this beautiful 1098S on the podium this weekend...

Motorbike racing. It's often perceived by a spectator as a rider, racing their bike as fast as they can for any number of pre-determined laps.

But it's so much more. Behind the scenes of any racer is a massive crew of supporters, be they friends, family, pit-crew or sponsors. Without these people, no racer would be doing what they live for.

At KMR, we're very lucky to have the support of soooo many people who give up so much so that we can achieve our goals.

My awesome family, mum, Briannah, Dad, Eden and Lily. Uncle Drew puts in countless hours and always has my back. Gordie and Tina. Uncle Mick, Lynita and Jasper. Steve Bagshaw's been in our corner since day two. The legend that is Jay Lawrence.

Theres too many to name. And the family keeps getting bigger!
