Entries are now open for the OVRC end of season gymkhana. The OVRC cups are freshly engraved, polished and ready for their next winners, so get your entries in!

ARENA CRAFT with Lesley Jacobson (DNZ Level C Judge): With our ever popular OVRC Winter Dressage Series not far away (starting in May), we are thrilled that Lesley has agreed to put on another Arena Craft session for us. Sessions will include instruction on how to ride key elements along with tips on rules and etiquette when riding your dressage test.

Date: 15 March 2026
Time: Beginners 10am, Intermediate 11am.
Venue: Greendowns Equestrian Arena
(Note: this event will be held indoors in the case of bad weather, and an alternative venue to be advised).

- $10 Ridden instruction - places will be limited and ONLY open to OVRC members
- $5 Spectators - open to non-members, but any under 14 years old will need to be accompanied with an adult.

Registration for either (ridden or for a spectator) closes 9pm on Thursday 12th March 2026, payment is to be made via online banking to account number 02-0560-0020528-00 with the rider's name and 'ArenaCraft' as the reference by the closing date of 12/3/26. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is made in full.

***Club Working Bee - Sunday 1st Feb, 10am to 2pm***

All welcome - it would be fab to see you there and a chance for busy bees to also have a social catch-up :)

The main jobs will be:
- general tidy/clear out of club rooms
- water blasting arena and jump stands (equipment provided)
- a bit of pruning around the arena of encroaching branches.

If you have any helpful activity related gear (e.g. pruning gear, gardening gloves, cleaning stuff) please bring with you and any your own drinking water.

There will be tea and coffee available and we're planning on arranging pizza for lunch :)
