As the Asian African Pacific Championships starts today in Japan we want to send our best to our amazing lifters who are out in Japan wearing the fern. We are so proud of all of you, and we will keep everybody updated on who is lifting when and where! (Hopefully! 😅) white lights all round you awesome team! And a big thank you to our super gracious coach who volunteers her time and world-class skills and knowledge to support the sport and the lifters 🙏
