But every week, we come together for our Site Leadership Meeting — a chance to pause, share lessons, tackle challenges, and keep developing as leaders.

We’ve been installing structural steel for a new Hospitality build in the Wellington Airport. The majority of the work has taken place after hours. Working around airport operations means night shifts, careful planning, and a great crew that knows how to get stuck in and make it happen.

Big thanks to the team on site and in the workshop—everyone’s played a part in pulling this together. Looking forward to seeing the finished result.
