The years of waiting are finally over. 401 Boot Loader Unlock and OBD flashing for 2022-2025 AL552/AL952 ZF8 and 2022-2024 DQ381 G2 are available now via 034SPI using the all-new Boot Loader Unlock (BLU) Harness and program function with your existing SPI dongle. Unlock and flash at-home or at a 034Motorsport authorized tuning dealer.

How it works: With a one-time unlock performed using the newly available BLU Harness and your 034SPI dongle/app, you can now easily flash 034Motorsport Dynamic+ TCU tunes to your:

Directly from the OBD-II port after unlock. Once unlocked, you can flash and reflash your TCU with 034Motorsport software straight from the OBD port via 034SPI, just like your ECU tuning.

What does it cost? The BLU function in 034SPI is included free of charge with the purchase of any 034Motorsport Dynamic+ TCU tune, and is included free of charge for any 034Motorsport customer that already owns a qualifying Stage 1, Stage 2, or Stage 3 Dynamic+ TCU tune. All you need to do is purchase the BLU Harness to perform the unlock procedure (instructions on website) and purchase your preferred TCU tune stage (if you don’t own one already), or visit a 034Motorsport Authorized Dealer to have the unlock performed and tune purchased.

By replacing the locked '401' bootloader factory control board with RacingLine's original Bosch unlocked version, you will open up flashing capability over OBD (and our PDM flash at home system), giving the DSG gearbox a tuning-friendly '301' bootloader.

At last, this allows full, proper RacingLine TCU calibration capability to ensure correct clutch pressure control to match increased torque, plus of course a raft of enhanced performance driving features.
