We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of a fresh and vibrant Salad Shop in Oman, and we are looking for a skilled and passionate Salad Chef to lead our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be an expert in all aspects of salad preparation and presentation, ensuring the highest quality and taste.

• Salad Mastery: Preparing a diverse range of salads, involving precision in cutting, topping, and tossing techniques.

• Sauce Expertise: Deep understanding and proven knowledge about the source making (dressing and dip creation), including creating recipes and ensuring consistency.

• Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and ingredient freshness.

• Menu Ex*****on: Efficiently executing menu items during service hours.

• Inventory: Assisting with ingredient sourcing, ordering, and stock rotation.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Salad Chef, Commis Chef, or similar role in a busy kitchen environment.

• Demonstrable expertise in all phases of salad preparation (cutting, washing, tossing, plating).

• Strong knowledge of various dressing, sauce, and vinaigrette preparation techniques.

• Familiarity with kitchen hygiene standards and health regulations.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
