📣 HIGH PERFORMANCE 2026 — NOW OPEN TO ALL ADVANCED PLAYERS

We’re raising the standard across Oman Rugby 🇴🇲

In 2026, High Performance Sessions will run every two-three weeks at Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex (SQSC) — open to all eligible players across clubs and teams.

Each session will focus on one of the following:
✅ Touch Rugby
✅ 7s
✅ Rugby Skills (covering both Touch & Union formats)

These sessions are designed for players ready to push themselves further — whether you’re targeting club excellence or future national team selection.

📅 Next up: Feb 5 – Touch | Feb 25 – 7s

⚠️ Please note: These sessions are not suitable for beginners.
Interested players should speak with their club coach or an Oman Rugby coach to confirm suitability.

📣 البرنامج عالي الأداء 2026 — مفتوح الآن لجميع اللاعبين المتقدمين

نحن نرفع مستوى الرجبي في سلطنة عمان 🇴🇲

في عام 2026، ستُقام جلسات الأداء العالي كل أسبوعين إلى ثلاثة أسابيع في مجمع السلطان قابوس الرياضي (SQSC) — مفتوحة لجميع اللاعبين المؤهلين من الأندية والفرق.

كل جلسة ستركز على أحد المحاور التالية:
✅ رجبي التاتش
✅ رجبي السباعيات (7s)
✅ مهارات الرجبي (تشمل التاتش والرجبي التقليدي)

تم تصميم هذه الجلسات للاعبين المستعدين لتحدي أنفسهم — سواء كنت تطمح للتألق على مستوى النادي أو الانضمام للمنتخب الوطني مستقبلاً.
