We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Experience Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage customer interactions across calls, chat, and social media, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via calls, live chat, and social media
Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Provide accurate information and effective solutions
Monitor and engage with customers on digital platforms
Manage cases from start to resolution
Update customer interactions in CRM systems
Meet KPIs (response time, resolution, satisfaction)
Escalate complex issues when required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/contact center
Strong English & Arabic communication skills
Familiar with social media and digital tools
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset
