وقفة السلامة
قبل الصعود من الاعماق الى السطح، على الغواصين القيام بوقفة السلامة و التي غالبا ما تكون على عمق ٥ امتار و لمدة ٣ دقائق. و ذلك تفاديا لأي تأثيرات اغاز النيتروجين المضغوط الذائب في الجسم.
في الفيديو المدرب علي اللواتي يوجه الغواصين لتحقيق وقفة السلامة المطلوبة.
Safety Stop
Before ascending to the surface, divers have to perform a safety stop at 5 meters for 3 minutes to allow the dissolved Nitrogen to exit smoothly out of their bodies.
In the video Instructor Ali Al Lawati trains the divers to perform the required safety stop.
