Founder and Anzu Artistic Director, Kinan Abou-afach will premiere two new works for cello and electronics by internationally acclaimed, award winning composer Zaid Jabri .

Jabri’s Concerto for Cello and Electronics, was composed in 2020 to be premiered at Columbia University New York, in the presence of the legendary Krzysztof Penderecki , long-time cherished mentor for Jabri. The pandemic delayed this moment, and Penderecki sadly passed away soon after. Now, this long-awaited concerto will finally be heard.

Alongside it, three more magnificent pieces, with an extraordinary lineup: Wrobél, Agata Hołdyk , Tomasz Spaliński , Krzysztof Gawlas.

We're looking forward to a concert full of innovation and unforgettable new music.

Anzu Music is excited to announce the launch of a brand new program - El Sistema Oman - the program launching this fall, serving youth in Muscat.
El Sistema Oman is a community-driven initiative offering inclusive, ensemble-based music education to youth across the Sultanate of Oman. Inspired by the global El Sistema philosophy, we believe that music is a force for empowerment, social connection, and cultural harmony.
