It’s Friday, and the heat is intense, so today I’m choosing to slow things down. I’ll head out later, once it cools.

For now, I’m prepping meals for the days ahead, catching up on laundry, and giving myself a little at-home skin treatment.

As much as possible, I stick to natural products—beeswax-based creams, nourishing oils like coconut, olive, and argan. I also use a blend of saffron and oud powder mixed with rose water sourced from Jabal Akhdar.

There’s something deeply grounding about taking your time and caring for yourself with intention.

Have a beautiful weekend.

I didn’t always believe that some people around you don’t actually like to see you fully step into your light. But life has a way of opening your eyes.

Sometimes, when you start radiating joy, peace, and positive energy, certain people quietly step away from your circle.

What they don’t see is that those smiles and that positive energy were built through challenges, healing, and hard days nobody talks about.

It can hurt. Especially when these are people you truly valued. You reach out, you suggest meeting, again and again, but weeks turn into months, and excuses become the only answer.

At some point, you learn something important: you must learn to enjoy your own company. To protect your peace. To keep growing, even if it means growing alone for a while.

Your light is not the problem. Keep being who you are.

Last night, I made a fresh ginger tea to support my digestion.

I sliced about 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger and poured 250 ml of boiling water over it in a thermos. I let it infuse for 20–30 minutes in the thermos for a more pronounced flavor, until the taste became warm and strong.

This simple tea is one of my favorite wellness rituals. It supports digestion, helps reduce bloating and nausea, and naturally warms the body.

Ginger is rich in antioxidants and may help support immune health. It is also considered a tonic for body and mind, helping to purify and balance inner energy.
