Family caregivers are the quiet force behind every recovering Veteran.

They manage appointments, medications, mobility challenges, emotional strain, and the daily logistics of care — often while balancing careers and family responsibilities of their own. Yet caregivers rarely receive structured support designed specifically for them.

Project New Hope Inc.’s TCM Military & Veteran Caregivers Retreat was created to change that.

This retreat offers a neuroscience-based approach to stress relief and resilience building, combined with holistic wellness experiences in a safe, non-clinical setting. Participants are not asked to relive trauma. Instead, they gain practical tools for emotional regulation, stress reduction, self-care, and sustainable resilience.

Caregivers leave with:
• Measurable stress-management strategies
• Renewed emotional balance
• Peer connection and community
• Restorative time dedicated solely to their own well-being

When caregivers are supported, the Veterans they care for benefit as well.
