This past week was an unforgettable experience! 🪭✨ Festivals have always been an opportunity for me to observe and recognize how we move through life. A portal of magic, art, and radical self-expression.

It’s an opportunity to be fully present, to connect deeply, to bring out our strengths, and to let go of what is challenging us. An act of self-reliance within community.

It was beautiful to be held in this container for a few days with my friends, and a complete honor to bring this practice to thousands of you.

I’ve never come out of an experience like this without feeling stronger, more inspired, more centered, more compassionate..more ALIVE! This was no exception.

Thank you and for another year of Lightning in a Bottle. For trusting me and for allowing me to be part of this beautiful mission. 🙏🏽
