A pandemic, shifts in world news, then an 'across-the-globe' move, saw me waiting.
Waiting for things to get easier.
Waiting for stability to return.
Waiting for the fear of the future to subside.
But as I have waited, years have slipped past me. They are precious years that should have been filled with travel or at least with plans for travel. But somehow I sat still.

Now, the energy has shifted. No more letting time slide by me. No more fearing "what might be". Plans are afoot. The wanderlust never abated. I am regaining control.
Perhaps I've just been lying in wait?!
