For many families, spring break means rest.
For others, it becomes something far more memorable.

We’ve just shared a detailed look at a thoughtfully designed journey through Peru, including time in Lima, a potato biodiversity experience with a local expert, a scenic lunch in the the Sacred Valley, a hummingbird sanctuary visit, a private cooking class in Cusco, and of course Machu Picchu.

This is not a package itinerary. It’s a real example of how meaningful travel can look when it’s designed intentionally around a family’s pace and priorities.

If you’re considering Peru for your next spring break, the first step isn’t choosing a hotel. It’s sharing your vision.

This December, Papanoel Trekero is heading to Vicos in Ancash for our 16th consecutive year of spreading Christmas cheer! 🎅✨

With the help of our amazing partners, we’ll be bringing a day full of gifts, games, music, and art activities to brighten the holiday season for the children of this beautiful Andean community. Each child will also receive a school kit to start the new school year with confidence. 🎁📚

This year, we’re aiming to support 180 children in Vicos. To make this happen, we need to raise S/14,000 (US$4,200) by December 5th.

🎁 And here’s a bonus: For every S/100 or US$30 donated, you’ll enter a raffle to win experiences in Lima, Cusco, and Puno! Slide through the post to see all the details.

Special thanks to Lima Mentor, Piuray Outdoor Center, Inca Rail, and Amaru Tours for their generosity. And a special mention to Land Rover, who joins us this year to support Santa’s transportation and help deliver the children’s gifts. 🚗🎅

👉How can you help?
If you’d like to join us in spreading the holiday spirit, please consider donating through our NGO Tinkuy Nuna:
