Building out our dusty old California collection, these are just a few of the gems just added to our wine list. The 1980 Niebaum-Coppola Rubicon is only the 3rd vintage for this iconic wine, still in beautiful shape. The 1984 Caymus is so delicate and Bordeaux-like, it's now a piece of history from a different era of winemaking for these wines. Lastly, the 1987 Dunn is shockingly youthful, showcasing the incredible talent of Randy Dunn to make long-lived wines that rank among the greatest Cabernets in the world.
