📢 INFORMATION TO ALL WPU ALUMNI & GRADUATING STUDENTS

Please be guided by the official statement of the WPU Alumni Association, Inc. (WPUAAI) dated September 25, 2025.

✔️ WPUAAI reaffirms its legal mandate under RA 8292 to collect membership and annual dues across all WPU campuses, including WPU-PPC, following the schedule duly approved by the University Registrar and with prior notice to the University President.

✔️ The matter has been elevated to the WPU Board of Regents for deliberation on October 23, 2025 at WPU-PPC Campus with Commissioner Dr. Aquino.

✔️ Unless a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) is issued, the collection of membership and annual dues by WPUAAI shall continue as scheduled.

Let us remain united as one WPU in service to our Alma Mater and fellow alumni.

WPUAAI OFFICIAL STATEMENT

The Western Philippines University Alumni Association, Inc. (WPUAAI), duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC Registration No. 2024060153290-08) and recognized by the WPU Board of Regents, is the sole and legitimate alumni association of Western Philippines University.

For School Year 2025–2026, WPUAAI shall officially administer the Clearance Signing and the Collection of Membership and Annual Dues. This undertaking also marks the first time in many years that collection will be conducted at the WPU Puerto Princesa Campus (PPC), ensuring proper service and inclusion of graduating students from said campus.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Graduates who do not process their clearance and membership dues through WPUAAI shall not be officially recognized as alumni of Western Philippines University.

Let us continue to uphold transparency, legitimacy, and unity in strengthening our Alumni community.

👉 Alternate schedules are set for Aborlan Campus (Bahay Alumni Office) and Puerto Princesa Campus (Registrar’s Counter/Window).
👉 For strict compliance, please be guided that only the official WPUAAI signatories are authorized to sign the clearance.
