PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST GUIDELINES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

What to capture in your photograph:
• This 1st Photography contest will have the theme "Balik - Tanaw".
• Photos must be identifiably taken anywhere in the Municipality of Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro
• Photographs should be able to capture the unique facet of Abra de Ilog's culture, natural resources, attractions, heritage sites, diverse fun activities, festivals, celebrations, events, food, flora and fauna et al
• The picture should be able to depict the fun being experienced by anybody when exploring, traveling or just the usual day in the town of Abra de Ilog.

Submission of Entries:
• Participants must email or personally submit their entries/ photos using flash drive or CD along with the filled and signed registration form at the Office of the Municipal Mayor or Tourism Office during office hours only (8:00AM - 5:00PM).
• A participant can submit a maximum of three (3) entries only.
• Each entry should have a corresponding "Title and Description". The description must indicate the place where the image was taken and should describe what the photo is all about.
• The Office of the Mayor and Tourism Office will start accepting entries on October 2, 2017.
• The deadline of submission of entries is on October 16, 2017, 5:00PM.
• By joining the contest, the participants are considered to have granted the contest organizers the permission or license to use the photos for various purposes including marketing and publication in all types of media. All rights and ownership of all submitted entries shall be acquired by the LGU of Abra de Ilog.
