I can almost hear Wen saying.

Spent what felt like a geological era 🤣 peeling garlic and 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘺 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘮 because I'm making 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙢, the iconic Lebanese garlic paste.

Did I burn my fingertips? ✔️
Did I question my life choices? ✔️
Did I blame Wen at least twelve times? Also ✔️🤣

My fingertips are filing a formal complaint with the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀.🧄🤍

I grumbled 😡 nonstop through the whole process, but I also know that first spoonful is going to make me smile. Some recipes ask for ingredients. Toum asks for a little bit of stubbornness too. 😣

I'll let you know later if my emulsion stay silky and snow-white. 🤍

Now I'm just hoping our blender... and INEC...don't betray me today. 😅⚡
