𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘-𝗧𝗢-𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 39, Series of 2026, issued by Governor Rogelio D. Pacquiao, face-to-face classes throughout the province remain suspended from July 1 to July 15, 2026.

The extension has been implemented in response to the continuous aftershocks following the recent earthquake, necessitating further structural assessments of school buildings and the implementation of additional safety measures to ensure the welfare of all learners, teachers, and school personnel.

From its humble beginnings to the thriving community we know now, AlSci has remained a place where dreams are nurtured, friendships are built, and future leaders are formed.

As we mark this remarkable milestone, we look back with gratitude on the challenges we have overcome, the achievements we have reached, and the traditions that continue to unite us as one community. Every student, teacher, staff member, and alumnus has played a part in the story of AlSci.

This celebration reminds us that the strength of our school does not only come from its accomplishments, but from the perseverance, unity, and dedication of the people behind it. As we honor the past and celebrate the present, may we continue to uphold the values that make AlSci a home for learning, growth, and excellence.

𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗖𝗜 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 | 𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚

Through the generosity of our donors and the solidarity of the organizations of Alabel National Science High School—the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Ang Mamamahayag, and The Scribblers—and the SAGIP Foundation, dedicated members came together to participate in a food-packing activity in preparation for the relief distribution in Poblacion, Malapatan, Sarangani Province, on June 13, 2026.

The ANSHS SSLG officers, along with AlSci Cares volunteers, utilized the monetary donations received to purchase essential goods such as rice, canned goods, bottled water, snacks, and candies for children. These items were carefully organized and packed into relief food packs intended for affected families and individuals.

Through this collective effort and spirit of bayanihan, we hope that these food packs will reach our fellow countrymen and provide comfort and assistance during these challenging times. Even in simple ways, every act of kindness can help ease the burdens of those in need.

To all who donated and shared their blessings, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your compassion, generosity, and concern for others. Your support serves as a reminder that unity and empathy remain strong within our community.

As we continue this initiative, we encourage everyone to lend a helping hand and support those affected by difficult circumstances. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our fellow Filipinos.

𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 | 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Filipinos are commemorating the Philippines' Independence Day today, June 12, 2026. This day marks the 128th anniversary of the country's declaration of independence.

Today, we look back on and honor the historic declaration of Philippine independence from Spain in 1898. After more than three centuries of Spanish colonial rule, Philippine revolutionary leaders led by General Emilio Aguinaldo proclaimed the nation's independence on June 12, 1898, from the balcony of his ancestral home in what is now Kawit, Cavite. It was also on this historic occasion that the Philippine flag was first unfurled and the Marcha Nacional Filipina, which later became the Philippine National Anthem, was first played.

In recognition of this significant milestone in Philippine history, June 12 is observed as a nationwide regular holiday. This occasion serves as a time for Filipinos to reflect on, remember, and honor the sacrifices, courage, and unwavering patriotism of the heroes who fought for our freedom and whose legacy continues to inspire today's generations.

May we continue to uphold patriotism, unity, responsibility, integrity, and love for our country through our everyday actions, especially during challenging times. Let us strengthen our solidarity as Filipinos and nurture the compassion and empathy that enable us to care for one another and contribute to the betterment of our nation.
