The entries in the poster-making contest are on display at the opening of the provincial government's celebration of Rabies Awareness Month at the Capitol complex in Lingayen,Pangasinan on Tuesday(03 march). Aside from the said contest, the provincial government along with partner government and non-government agencies offer free services for dogs and cats such as castration, spaying, vaccination, deworming, vitamin administration, consultation, medication, as well as fur parade.TEXT AND VIDEO BY CESAR S. Muling isinailalim sa test run ang interactive fountain at ang reflective pool na malapit ng matapos nitong gabi ng mga Araw ng mga Puso(14 pebrero) na nagpasaya sa mga namamasyal sa Capitol Complex at tabing-dagat sa Lingayen, Pangasinan.
