Slowly opening my doors for orders again… and this time, I’m choosing to work at my own pace. Learning to create without rushing, protecting my peace while still doing something that truly makes my heart happy.

This custom cake topper was made using layers of cardstock cut with my Cricut Maker 3. Initially, my client only requested a simple single-layer gold topper, but while working on the design, I kept imagining how much more elegant it would look with added white and blue layers to match the cake theme. I shared the idea along with some of my previous works, and thankfully, she trusted my creative process right away. 🤍

Moments like this remind me why I love creating handmade pieces so much. It’s not just about cutting paper and assembling layers — it’s the feeling of slowly bringing an idea to life, adding little details with intention, and having clients who appreciate the effort behind every piece.

And honestly… it feels really good to be back creating again. Especially with kind clients who make the process lighter, easier, and inspiring in its own way.

From our Mother’s Day Zoom demo last Monday 💌

We worked with layered cardstocks using my Cricut Joy 2, slowly building each piece, one layer at a time—until it all came together like this.

There’s something really special about creating a card by hand… knowing it’s meant to be given to someone who means so much. Every cut, every layer, every little detail carries that intention.

Simple materials, simple process—but filled with so much heart 🩷
