Acts 1:1-14

Waiting is the confident, disciplined, expectant, active, and sometimes painful clinging to God.

I. Waiting on the Lord Requires Patient Trust
A. Waiting means that we give God the benefit of the doubt that He knows what He's doing.
B. Waiting is God's way of seeing if we will trust Him before we move forward.
II. Waiting on God Reminds us that God is in Control
A. Waiting reminds me that I am not in charge.
B. Waiting reminds me that I am not God.
III. Waiting on the Lord allows God to do His work
A. God's timing is best
- Hab. 2:1-3
B. God is working
IV. Waiting on God Increases my Strength
- In times of waiting, our soul is revived and spirit is renewed.

|AFB Alcala Youth attends Summit 2025: Baton Lagip|

We thank the Lord for blessing us and keeping us safe on the 3-day National Youth Fellowship 2025 at Luna, La Union. In this fellowship, we are reminded what God has done and the legacy faithfully passed down to us. As the youth of today, we carry this baton with gratitude and purpose, committed to passing it on to the next generation.

With thankful hearts, we also want to thank everyone who supported, prayed for, and helped us attend the National Youth Fellowship. Your love and sacrifice are part of this legacy. What was built before us will continue through us.

We are the generation that will continue the legacy of faith. God bless us all 🤍
