Platform 21 Architecture

The Bridge House is built on stilts over a bridge and gully. It offers a 360-degree view of the site and is accessed via a spiral staircase at the end of the bridge. The house features bookshelves along the sides facing the gully and full-height glass on the opposite sides, framing views of a column of Narra trees and Mount Talamitam.

The design features roofs with extended eaves for shading and wood textures on soffits and cladding, creating a warm, tropical aesthetic that harmonizes with the natural surroundings. Expansive windows with built-in sun-shading devices maximize natural light and provide a seamless connection to the outdoors, emphasizing openness. Minimalist interiors with neutral colors and stone facade walls add a secure and grounded feel.
