MSSL Resort at Balite Falls

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
To all our guests please read this announcement!

Starting April 30, 2026, the stewardship, management, and maintenance of Balite Falls—including its river and its easement (20 meters from the center of the river)—will be handled by the Municipality of Amadeo.

MSSL Resort at Balite Falls Corp. will withdraw all its tour guides and lifeguards from the falls area. All guests are advised that swimming or entering the river premises is at their own risk.

MSSL Resort at Balite Falls Corp. shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, claims, or demands arising from personal injury, property damage, or death of guests, including claims made by their heirs, next of kin, assigns, or personal representatives.
