The Department of Chemistry proposes the 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 of the current system, where 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬 are combined into a single subject, by reverting it to the previous format where they are offered as co-requisites but remain 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬.

Considering the extensive requirements set for this mere proposal, the Ad-Hoc Committee, created by virtue of OP Special Order (S.O.) No. 221, s. 2024, wishes to conduct an assessment survey to gather feedback, inputs, and insights from all stakeholders.

This comprehensive questionnaire aims to gather detailed feedback from various program departments and stakeholders on the restructuring proposal. It addresses current challenges, potential benefits and disadvantages, resource needs, and overall impact on stakeholders, ensuring a thorough assessment for informed decision-making.
