To start the week, MHHM Manila wish to leave this reminder that 𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩.

Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. In fact, it takes a lot of strength and courage to rely on someone and ask for assistance. Many may find it difficult to ask for one, thinking others also have their own problems to deal with. But the truth is no man is an island, and everyone may need help at least once in their life. There's nothing wrong with asking for help. 🤝🌱
