Innovating Traffic Enforcement with TRAMS
The College of Criminal Justice Education proudly highlights the Traffic Regulation and Apprehension Management System (TRAMS), an innovative extension project spearheaded by Dr. Donald Sumad-on.
This initiative is an offshoot of a research study, translating academic findings into a practical, technology-driven solution for real-world traffic management challenges.
TRAMS is designed to modernize and streamline traffic enforcement operations by integrating digital solutions into the regulation and apprehension process. It enhances efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in managing traffic violations, ultimately contributing to safer and more organized road systems.
Through this project, the College reinforces its commitment to community engagement by extending research-based innovations to local government units and traffic enforcers. It also serves as a platform for capacity building, equipping stakeholders with the necessary tools and knowledge for effective traffic management.
Aligned with the University’s mission of advancing research, instruction, and extension, TRAMS exemplifies how research can be transformed into impactful public service and community development.

Sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Kababaihan, buong puso nating kinikilala at pinahahalagahan ang bawat gurong kababaihan ng ating departamento na patuloy na nagsisilbing ilaw at inspirasyon sa komunidad ng akademya.
Sa kanilang sipag, talino, malasakit, at matibay na paninindigan, hindi lamang kaalaman ang kanilang ibinabahagi kundi pati ang mga aral ng buhay, disiplina, at pagpapahalaga sa tama at makatarungan. Sila ang matatag na haligi ng paghubog ng susunod na henerasyon—mga lider na may integridad at malasakit sa kapwa.
Sa bawat sakripisyo, paggabay, at walang sawang pagtuturo, iniuukit nila ang kanilang ambag sa kasaysayan ng ating institusyon at sa buhay ng bawat mag-aaral.
Mabuhay at pagpugayan ang lahat ng gurong kababaihan ng ating departamento. Kayo ang tunay na lakas at inspirasyon ng ating pamayanan.
