We are the Philippines local liaisons office of a Japanese Human Resources Development and Recruitment Firm.

We are urgently seeking an applicants for the following positions.

Purpose: To announce that we are seeking an applicants for 2 months FREE TRAINING PROGRAM in JAPAN. Those applicants who wish to work as Specified Skille Worker CAREGIVER IN JAPAN in the future.

The qualifications and requirements are as follows;
1. Female Limited
2. Age : around 30 years old
3. Have experience and knowledge in nursing care
4. Have a national certification (NCII) as a care worker
5. Must be willing to work as a caregiver in Japan for 5 years in the future
6. Agree to live in a rural area of Japan.
7. Agree to NO ALLOWANCE during the training period.

- Training location: Nursing Care Facility
- Duration: 45-60 days with a short term visa
- Monthly training hours : 176 hours (at Nursing Home training facility)
8. Willing to study in Japan with the goal of taking and passing the Nursing Skill Evaluation Examination and the Specified Skilled Nursing Care Worker Examination. (Result will be on same day)
9. Willing to obtain Japanese Language Proficiency Test -Level 4 or above before returning to the Philippines
10. FREE Airfare (Domestic and International), accommodation in Japan, meals, study fees, etc. All expenses shoulder by our company.

(2) Sức khoẻ tốt
(3) Những người muốn làm việc tại Nhật Bản trong thời hạn 5 năm với Visa lao động có tay nghề cao (không đổi công ty)
(4) Trình độ tiếng Nhật ngữ bậc N4 trở lên.
(5) Ứng viên chưa thông qua kỳ thi kiểm tra kỹ năng chăm sóc điều dưỡng Specified Skilled Worker được tổ chức tại quốc gia của họ.(*)


(*) Chúng tôi đang lập kế hoạch sau đây để tạo điều kiện cho những người như vậy tham gia kỳ thi ở Nhật Bản.
- Chúng tôi sẽ đóng vai trò là người bảo lãnh và mời ứng viên đến Nhật Bản bằng thị thực ngắn hạn. Mục đích của việc này là để tham dự kỳ thi SSW và lấy chứng chỉ người giúp việc chăm sóc điều dưỡng theo tiêu chuẩn chăm sóc điều dưỡng của Nhật Bản và các nhà tuyển dụng trên khắp Nhật Bản.
- Thời hạn: từ 2 đến 3 tháng
- Nơi lưu trú: Cơ sở KTX chúng tôi ở Kagoshima
- Chi phí: Công ty sẽ thanh toán ứng trước toàn bộ số tiền ban đầu, và ứng viên sẽ hoàn trả từng phần sau khi nhận việc (bao gồm tất cả các chi phí: Chỗ ở, ăn uống, chi phí học tập, đi lại trong nước Nhật, lệ phí thi, chi phí hành chính, điện nước, vé máy bay khứ hồi từ quê nhà đến Nhật Bản)
