A 22sqm. Japandi Studio Unit.
Based on our client's design brief and collaboration, this studio unit focused on soft and neutral colors to make the space feel airy & cozy. The design played with vertical and horizontal lines to make the space look longer and used glass and mirrors for the room to appear bigger. We prioritized storage by maximizing overhead space and introduced a table and desk that can be folded and tucked away to cater to the client's different activities.

This renovation project focuses on improving light & air ventilation and maximizing storage space while being cost-effective. Upcycling existing jalousies, wood planks, and wood parquet flooring, and introducing an air well and operable clerestory windows in the middle of the house to help in air circulation.
