ā€œBakit ba ako nagtayo ng maliit na Japanese food business… eh napapalibutan na ako ng malalaking pangalan?ā€

Honestly? Yan din ang tanong ko sa sarili ko noon.

Pero eto yung narealize ko—hindi naman lahat ng tao naghahanap ng ā€œbig brand.ā€ Minsan, ang hinahanap nila… yung may puso.

Yung sushi na hindi lang masarap at aesthetic, kundi may kwento, ramdam mong pinagisipan kahit simple setup lang...

Hindi ko goal makipag-compete sa malalaki.
Hindi ko sila kalaban.

Ang goal ko?
Magbigay ng experience na personal.
Yung tipong ā€œ dito ka ulit bibili kasi iba yung lasa… iba yung effort.ā€

Kasi sa totoo lang—
hindi naman laki ng negosyo ang laban ngayon…
consistency at connection.

Kaya kung ikaw yung tipo ng customer na gusto ng fresh, maayos, at may puso sa bawat serve… nandito lang kami. šŸ™
