PAMPANGA POLICE INTENSIFY MANHUNT AND ANTI-DRUG OPERATIONS; MULTIPLE WANTED PERSONS ARRESTED, OVER ₱95K WORTH OF SHABU SEIZED IN ONE-DAY CRACKDOWN

City of San Fernando, Pampanga — The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, intensified its anti-criminality campaign on April 30, 2026, resulting in the successful arrest of several wanted persons and drug suspects in a series of coordinated operations across the province.

At around 11:20 AM, joint operatives from various police units arrested a 29-year-old male listed as an Other Wanted Person in Brgy. San Nicolas, Minalin. The suspect was apprehended by virtue of a warrant of arrest for Qualified Theft under Article 310 of the Revised Penal Code, with a recommended bail of ₱40,000.

At about 12:20 PM, another wanted person, a 33-year-old male, was arrested in Brgy. Sta. Lucia, Lubao by joint police and mobile force personnel. The suspect was served a warrant of arrest for Serious Physical Injury, with a recommended bail of ₱18,000.

In the evening, intensified anti-illegal drug operations led to multiple arrests and confiscations:

At approximately 8:20 PM, a buy-bust operation conducted in Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Lubao resulted in the arrest of a 33-year-old male suspect. Authorities confiscated approximately 2.1 grams of suspected shabu valued at ₱13,668.00, along with a motorcycle and marked money.

At about 8:22 PM, another anti-drug operation in Brgy. Cabalantian, Bacolor led to the arrest of a 28-year-old male suspect. Seized during the operation were approximately 2 grams of suspected shabu worth ₱13,600.00, marked money, and other drug paraphernalia.

At around 9:00 PM, two male suspects aged 40 and 19 were arrested in Brgy. Manibaug Pasig, Porac during a buy-bust operation. Authorities recovered approximately 5 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated value of ₱34,000.00.

Later that night, at about 10:26 PM, two additional suspects aged 37 and 61 were arrested in Brgy. Maimpis, City of San Fernando during another buy-bust operation. Confiscated from their possession were approximately 5 grams of suspected shabu valued at ₱34,000.00.
