Eastern Samar State University Arteche Campus has formalized an agreement with the police personnel of the 801st Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) to further strengthen the safety and security of the university community.

Through this partnership, the 801st Maneuver Company – RMFB will provide additional security assistance within the ESSU Arteche campus, reinforcing ongoing efforts to maintain a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

This collaborative initiative reflects the shared commitment of ESSU Arteche and the Philippine National Police to promote peace and order, enhance campus safety, and ensure the welfare of the entire academic community.

ESSU Arteche extends its sincere appreciation to the 801st Maneuver Company – RMFB for its support and looks forward to a strong and productive partnership in fostering a safer campus for all.

Amazing news! As you are reading this, history is being written with the final hurdle to the opening of the ESSU College of Medicine (CM) finally falling into place via its approval by the Commission En Banc of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the institution that governs and sets the standard of higher education in the country.

With this news, Eastern Samar State University now sends out this announcement for those who have already expressed their interest and have lodged their intent. Furthermore, this is a call to the public for more applicants to the pioneering batch of the said college who will complete the remaining open slots, to reach out to us on all channels.

The office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs will be open to accept applicants starting today, June 18, 2026 (Thursday). Interested parties are hereby notified of the admission policies, qualifications and documentary requirements in the slides found on this announcement.
