Rovoca Development Co. is executing a fully integrated construction scope for an international-standard pickleball facility, combining pre-engineered steel structures with high-tolerance, performance-grade concrete flatwork—the foundation system that ultimately defines play quality, durability, and long-term operational value.

This phase documents the placement and finishing of a large-area monolithic concrete slab, executed through a single continuous pour and finished to straight-to-finish, machine-troweled specifications. The slab is engineered and constructed to meet the stringent requirements of sport flooring systems, where surface flatness, uniform densification, and consistency of finish are non-negotiable.

For pickleball courts built to international standards, the concrete substrate is critical. Our flatwork is delivered with:

• Controlled elevation and tight tolerances for accurate court geometry
• Uniform surface hardness to support resilient sports coatings
• Consistent power-trowel finishing to eliminate surface variability
• A slab designed to receive specialized athletic floor systems without corrective grinding or rework

In parallel, the pre-engineered steel superstructure is erected with the same discipline—clean alignment, predictable tolerances, and sequencing that allows slab works, curing, and succeeding trades to proceed without conflict. This integration of steel and concrete is what enables fast timelines without compromising technical standards.
