🔨 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤: Kitchen Cabinet (Design & Build)

𝐂𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐚, an optimized kitchen solution ✨💫

Named after client's unica hija, 𝐂𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐚 is a kitchen renovation of a 36sqm -1 bedroom condo unit located in Sunshine 100 City Plaza Pioneer Tower 1, Mandaluyong.

✨This 𝐨𝐧𝐞-𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 instantly sets the mood for the entire 1-bedroom condominium unit, the heart of the home indeed.

✨The biggest challenge here was to incorporate the family's most used appliance in the kitchen layout but still make it 𝐚𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝.

✨Clean lines and calm complementing colors were used to make the 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫. Large cupboards were added primarily to avoid clutter, making everything as organized as possible. Stainless heavy-duty 𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬, 𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 are life savers when it comes to organization and space-saving.

𝘈𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘣𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘥𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮, 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘬𝘪𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘯.

× For a brighter-looking space, always utilize white or any light-colored wood finish because it easily reflects light and complements other finishes.
× Add a metallic highlight to break the tone of your cabinet.
× Integrate undercabinet light closer to the wall to create ambient or accent lighting.
× Choose the perfect countertop for a more cohesive look.
× Use existing resources such as kitchen sinks and faucets as long as it's perfectly working to cut down renovation costs.
× Pre-plan the function of each cabinet module to maximize the space and avoid unpleasant clutter.

Large gray cupboards with finger pull handles provide a minimalist backdrop in this contemporary kitchen. Semi-matte gray modules set against white double bevelled subway tiles look urban and sleek. The smooth surfaces do a great job of balancing out the busy texture behind and the under-cabinet premium light fixture certainly adds an aesthetic soft white light.
