Ibig sabihin, ang KAISER HEALTHCARE ay savings fund mo na rin and at the same time, INSURANCE kung saan ang coverage mo ay 20years.

Seven years (Fix Amount), ka lang magbabayad sa sarili mo. Isipin mo na IPON mo ito. Ipon na pwedeng magamit as HealthFund, At Savings or Investment. Again, may kasama na itong Insurance.
