The 10-days payment due date extension ensures that you won't be temporarily disconnected due to non-payment.

Please also be guided that you may receive your disconnection notice within 2-3 days after 10-days payment due date extension And if the bill left unpaid you may get disconnected within 3 days after the disconnection notice due date.

A reconnection fee of 200 applies when your account has been deactivated.It's intended to encourage our customers to pay their bills on time and avoid the inconvenience of service interruption due to unpaid balances.
