A meaningful milestone was celebrated last May 21 as this two-storey residential project was officially turned over to its homeowners, marking the completion of a home carefully designed around simplicity, comfort, and understated sophistication.

Envisioned for a hardworking husband and wife, the project began with a straightforward intention: to create a residence that feels calm, refined, and welcoming without unnecessary complexity. The homeowners desired a space that would reflect their lifestyle — minimal yet warm, modern yet timeless, and modest in approach while still carrying a distinct sense of luxury.

The turnover itself became a quiet but memorable moment, symbolizing the culmination of months of hard work shared by the design team, builders, partners, and clients alike. More than handing over a completed house, it represented the realization of a vision rooted in trust and the shared goal of creating a home that feels both elevated and deeply personal.
