FIRE SAFETY SEMINAR AND DRILL

On 08 April 2026 Personnel of the Baliwag City Fire Station conducted a Fire Safety Seminar and Drill at Rural Health Unit-1, located in Brgy. Bagong Nayon, Baliwag City, Bulacan.

The activity was spearheaded by 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐂 𝐆𝐀𝐖𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀, DSC, Acting Regional Director of BFP Region III, under the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐎𝐒𝐄 𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝐁 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐌𝐁𝐎, DSC, Provincial Fire Marshal of BFP Bulacan, and under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐄 𝐌 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐀𝐈𝐃𝐀, City Fire Marshal of Baliwag.

The seminar provided essential information on fire prevention, identifying common fire hazards, and the importance of preparedness during emergencies. A fire drill was also conducted to familiarize employees with the proper evacuation procedures and safety measures to follow during fire incidents.

A deployment was carried out in support of Oplan Semana Santa, with personnel strategically positioned in key areas to assist in traffic management and ensure public safety throughout the observance.

The initiative aimed to foster a safe, orderly, and peaceful Holy Week by maintaining a strong presence in high-traffic locations and providing immediate assistance to the public. The deployment contributed to smoother traffic flow, quicker response to incidents, and enhanced overall safety and security of the community during the operation.
