The Proposed 3-Storey mixed used building with roof deck is a concrete structure with dimensions of 11 X 10 meters. it was situated 5km from the fault line and has a 96kPa allowable soil bearing capacity based on submitted geotechnical soil report.

The superstructure was analyzed and designed in accordance with special moment resisting system requirements. It was then checked in serviceability, strength and stability using the prevailing code.

The substructure was critical in soil bearing check. In this case, mat foundation was implemented to satisfy and address necessary requirements.
