Thanks to PictureBooks for printing superbly as usual and for always supporting photographers in a Manny Librodo-run photography competition.
Our photo contest will be back in 2027. In the meantime, there are many photo competitions in Dinagyang this year so have fun shooting!

Dinagyang seized my soul — love at first sight under the unforgiving sun, where sleepless nights gave way to surreal joy. No Manila glimpse could compare; Iloilo’s streets pulsed with raw devotion and fiery pride. A piece of me felt missing, longing to relive the festival’s euphoric rhythm that melts hearts into passion.

During Dinagyang, I saw more than just performers, I saw guardians. Each face whispered secrets of the warriors past, their colors drawn from ancient battles and the faith that sustained them. For me, Dinagyang is a time portal, where every dance resurrects lost voices, reminding us we are their legacy.
