The Rizal Elementary School family conveys its deepest gratitude and appreciation to the School Health Section and Division Medical Team headed by Dr. MC Darlsel Canta, Medical Officer III, together with Dr. Ma. Concepcion J. Surdayan, Dentist II, Dr. Myla Sheryl B. Tano, Dentist II, and the 30 dedicated nurses who actively rendered their services during the Operation Tuli, Medical and Dental Extraction, Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH) and Mental Health Advocacies, Herbal Ointment Preparation, and Random Blood Sugar Testing.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the Tagum Cooperative – Koronadal City Branch headed by Ma’am Venus C. Tabano, and to Banga North District Nurse II Ma. Cecille P. Vicente, for their invaluable support, generosity, and commitment to the success of this outreach program.
