ADVISORY: Conduct of Mass Awarding of Eligibility

Please be advised that the Mass Awarding of Eligibility is scheduled on July 6, 2026 (Monday) at the Divine Word College of Bangued Gymnasium.
To ensure a smooth and orderly proceeding, all concerned are requested to take note of the following schedule and guidelines:
📅 Program Schedule
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Registration, Verification, and Pre-Program Briefing
1:30 PM: Official Start of the Awarding Ceremony
👥 Expected Participants
This ceremony is strictly for individuals who have successfully met the requirements for the following:
*Honor Graduate Eligibility (HGE) applicants whose applications have been approved for processing and awarding.
*March 8, 2026 CSE-PPT Passers (Professional and Subprofessional levels) who submitted the request form and are set to receive their Certificates of Eligibility (CoE).
📋 Important Reminders for Attendees
Punctuality: Please arrive strictly during the registration window (12:30 PM).
Dress Code: All passers and honorees are required to wear Smart Casual Attire. Jeans, collarless t-shirts, shorts, and casual slippers are strictly prohibited.
What to Bring:
At least one (1) valid Government-issued ID with photo and signature for verification.
Your original application receipt or Claim Stub.

​To ensure your inclusion in the upcoming Mass Awarding Ceremony this June 25, 2026, at the Divine Word College of Bangued Gymnasium, please process your special eligibility applications immediately.

​📋 THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO APPLY:
​Secure the Form – Obtain the application form directly from your college Registrar’s Office.
​For University of Abra (UA) Graduates – You may now officially request your Official Transcript of Records (OTR) from UA to support your application.
​Submit Immediately – Bring your accomplished application forms and required documents to the CSC Abra Field Office, Calaba, Bangued, Abra.
​⚠️ CRITICAL DEADLINE: Please submit your applications as early as TOMORROW to allow sufficient processing time and guarantee your slot in the mass awarding ceremony!

The CSCFO Abra will conduct “Eligibility on Wheels,” granting on-site Honor Graduate Eligibility to honor students in various colleges for SY 2025-2026.
For this purpose, we are calling all honor graduates to submit their applications, along with the required documents and a processing fee of PHP 500.00, to the CSCFO-Abra, Calaba, Bangued, Abra, not later than June 11, 2026.
Alongside this activity is the processing and release of Certificates of Eligibility to the passers of the March 8, 2026 CSE-PPT (Professional and Sub-Professional). CSE Passers are also required to complete the Eligibility/Exam Records Request Form (ERRF) and submit it no later than June 15, 2026.
