CLSU Gender and Development Financial Assistance Program for Students (GAD-FAPS) is now accepting applications for NEW BENEFICIARIES.
Open to 2nd year to 4th year College Students. Limited SLOTS only.

Kindly read carefully the guidelines.
Applicants must submit the following for assessment and validation:
1. Fill out the Online Registration Form- https://forms.gle/1utqXa8PAByaJSHf9
2. Letter of Intent addressed to DR. MERCEDITA M. REYES, UGADO Director, stating the reason/s for applying to the GAD FAPS
3. Proof of Enrolment for the 1st Semester, Academic Year 2026-2027 (Form 6 for officially enrolled status of students with signature)
4. Certificate of Grades from the Previous Semester (2nd Semester, Academic Year 2025-2026)
5. Recent Certificate of Indigency or Certificate of Non-payment of Income Tax from BIR (of parents).
6. Submit your application on or before June 30, 2026 4:00 pm.

Scan all the documents needed (except for the online registration form) and attach it to the online registration link.

Applicants are also required to submit hard copies of the documents at Office of Student Affairs on or before June 30, 2026. These documents will be evaluated after the application period. Bring a 2x2-sized recent picture with a name tag and a white background and complete the application form (to be issued at the OSA).
