We advocate positive and restorative discipline

In a time when the line between discipline and abuse is as thin as a student’s excuse for being late, your Prefect of Discipline chooses collaboration over confrontation. 💼✊

Today, we extended not a stick—but a handshake—to the owners and operators of Barobo’s entertainment establishments, convenient stores, and sari-sari stores.

As part of our "No Maroon Policy" at Barobo National High School, we initiated a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing with these establishments—a proactive step to ensure our students stay safe, focused, and away from places they shouldn’t be during school hours.

This policy isn’t meant to alienate, but to align—because when the school, community, and businesses stand together, we create a stronger, safer learning environment. Less of those “nakita nako imong estudyante didto, Sir 😅” moments, and more of “naa sa klase, Sir—ga tuon.”

🌟 Special thanks to the LGU Barobo, led by the ever-supportive Mayor Ronie Martizano, with the participation of SB Conde, Sir Jomar, and the Barobo MPS—for continuously backing our school’s efforts through community partnership.

👭 To my partners in compassion and commitment, the MSWD headed by Marilou Godito, RSW, and the indomitable Ma’am Plitchie Bantolinao—thank you for being the strong arms behind our soft approaches.

🎓 And of course, shoutout to my ever-reliable
Junior DRR Advocates and 1st SDS PMFC KKDAT led by Noah Manalop Bahian , and the BNHS SSLG headed by Airah Jane C. Mosquera. Your passion and energy fuel our purpose.

Discipline is tough—but together, you make it worth every effort.

Here’s to proving that discipline doesn't have to be a battle—it can be a beautiful alliance. 💙👮‍♂️📚
