PS: Since the Chinese cabbage we used was freshly and locally harvested, the leaves were a bit hard to separate. We chopped it ahead while mixing with the ingredients. The usual KimchiLyn is neatly layered, but rest assured—the taste is still the same and just as delicious! 😋❤️
