What is cupping and why do we do it?
Cupping is the method we use to taste and evaluate coffee. It helps us to better understand each one’s unique flavors and find the best way to prepare it.
We’re strict on quality control because we care that what goes in your cup is something we’re proud of.

We’re really particular about what goes in the hopper, and after pulling lots of espresso, we feel like we’ve nailed just the right calibration that represents what Batacquenos look for in a cup of coffee.
Our drinks aren’t just made using local flavors and ingredients, our coffee is brewed for the Ilocano palate too. Come try it for yourself!
